In addition we also offer extended hours between 07.30 to 08.00 in the morning; in the evening between 18.30 to 19.30 Monday to Thursday and Saturday mornings.
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we have had to suspend are usual weekly timetables.
If you need to speak to a clinician when we are closed and your problem cannot wait until the next working day you can call NHS 111 service.
NHS 111 will decide whether you need self-care advice, need to go to A&E, require an out of hours appointment or can wait to be seen in your own GP Practice on the next working day.
We close the doors to the practice from 12.30 to 14.00 twice every month for staff development and training, usually a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. Please check on the weekly timetable for up to date information. However the phone lines are always open from 08.00 to 18.30 and we would respectfully request that you defer from making any non urgent calls during staff training times. If you do need to contact the surgery urgently during this time then your call will be answered - 0117 973 1201.
By keeping the staff training up-to-date we will be able to maintain the highest standard of service to all our patients. We hope this doesn’t cause any inconvenience. Thank you
