Dr Barbara Dunning

DunningMBChB (Bristol 1979) DRCOG

I am the clinical governance lead for the practice and committed to improving the quality and safety of patient care. I oversee clinical services and monitor the significant events which occur in order to identify training needs and modify processes in order to optimise patient interests.

Dr Stephen Granier

GranierMBChB (Cape Town 1991) MRCGP D Occ Med PGD Sport Exercise Medicine

I love the challenges of medicine and the opportunity to work in partnership with the people I treat. I enjoy caring for children, helping people to become more active as a way to treat health problems, treating muscle, tendon and joint conditions, cardiovascular problems, diabetes, dealing with men's health and exploring positive lifestyle changes.

Outside of work I enjoy my family and friends, bicycles, exploring the mountains and eating.

Dr Joanna Walsh

BM (Southampton 1996) MRCP (Paeds) MRCGP

Having spent several years in hospital paediatrics before training in general practice, I particularly enjoy looking after the health care needs of children and young people. I have an interest in dermatology and completed the Cardiff Diploma in Practical Dermatology. It is exciting to be part of a multidisciplinary team that is forward thinking in new approaches to best support patient care.

When not at work I enjoy spending time with my family which seems to involve a lot of cooking!

Dr Lee Salkeld

SalkeldBSc MBChB (Bristol 2005) DGM DRCOG MRCGP

I qualified from the University of Bristol in 2005 and have been working in Bristol since then. I have worked in all of the hospitals in the City and completed my GP training in South Gloucestershire. Until March 2013 I worked as a GP locum in Clifton/Redland and in the Bristol Royal Infirmary. General practice is a unique career that I find hugely rewarding. The privilege of caring for patients, the ever changing frontiers of medicine and the close working with colleagues at Whiteladies Medical Group keeps me fully focused on my role as a GP.

Away from the surgery, I enjoy running and reading - when my young family allows!

Dr Nick Snelling

SnellingMBChB MRCGP DO BSc(Hons) MSc(Pain)

I studied graduate entry medicine at Bristol University after having worked as an osteopath both in the UK and abroad. I particularly enjoy the wide variety which general practice brings, but have retained my interest in musculoskeletal medicine, which I continue to pursue through the Bath Primary Care MSc. I am also involved in medical education, teaching doctors who are training to be GPs in Bristol.

I enjoy hiking, cycling and travel, and have been fortunate enough to combine this with work as an expedition doctor on a variety of cycling and hiking trips abroad.
