Poorly Poppets

Would you like some general advice about what to do when your baby is poorly?

Once the dust has settled from welcoming your new bundle into the world, all new parents are invited to attend a free, informal talk held by Dr Claire Perks in Clifton Village.

In their first six months babies are busy feeding and growing. They are also building their own immune system. This involves being exposed to lots of different viruses, some of which may make them unwell. It is a natural part of growing up but can be an unnerving time. This talk will provide useful information on what to expect, giving you some confidence in looking after them when they are poorly and knowing when to worry and how to ask for help.

Dr Perks runs one hour session at Christ Church on Clifton Down Road every quarter and encourage parents of babies who are around 3-18 months old to attend. Your little one is very welcome too and there will be tea and biscuits.

Next session:  Wednesday 19th Feb 2020.

Time: 1:30 – 2:30pm

Location: Crypt at Christ Church, Clifton Down Rd, Bristol BS8 3BN
